Need a spell to be beautiful? I’ll let you in on a secret, you already are lovely. Inside, as well as out. We all have at least one gorgeous feature we can accentuate. And we all have inner beauty which trumps outer attractiveness every single time. It’s time to embrace that beauty and let it shine through. But you didn’t come here for a pep talk. There are some things you can do magically to enhance your attractiveness.
Keep in mind, there is no such thing as magical plastic surgery. However, you can boost your confidence, help others to see what makes you special, and become even more enchanting (literally!) to those around you.
Spells to be Beautiful
Here are several spells below you can use or adapt to suit your own purposes. Remember, whenever you write your own spell or tweak it to suit your needs, it becomes even more powerful, because you are harnessing your own magic. Before you begin, remember to cast a circle. You might want to center yourself with some mindfulness as well.
Mirrors are often used in witchcraft. Like scrying for instance. And a beauty spell is the perfect time to use one. You are going to speak to the mirror. Yes, this is very “mirror mirror on the wall, who’s the fairest of them all.” Except, we aren’t seeking reassurance from the mirror dude. Confidence is a key factor in attractiveness and its time to let the world know we are “the fairest of them all,” along with a little witchy woo.
Light the candle. Make sure you are in a calm, relaxed state.
Look at yourself in the mirror. Really look. And don’t focus on perceived flaws. Straighten your spine, and look yourself right in the eye. Be proud, confident. Think about what you like about yourself. Do you have nice eyes? Do you have bow shaped lips? Pick a feature. Or maybe you are looking at yourself in a full-length mirror. Do you have amazing shoulders? Or a long, graceful neck? Whatever you like about yourself, focus on it.
Do a little chanting. Name your gorgeous features and say something like “let others see what I see, the real me.” It doesn’t have to be exact, adapt the words to suit your purposes. If you work with a chosen deity, now is the time to call on him or her. Or you might want to ask for the help of a love and beauty goddess like Venus. Repeat this until you really believe it. Emotion and intention matter when it comes to magic, because we are manifesting our will.
Rinse and repeat. Do this spell as many times as you need to. You might try it every morning before you leave the house or every evening before you go to bed. Eventually, you’ll notice you have an added bounce in your step, and you aren’t afraid to dress yourself up. Not only that, others around you will perceive you differently.
Beauty Altar Spell
Do you have an article of clothing, jewelry, or maybe even a makeup item that makes you feel especially beautiful? It’s time to enchant it and add a dash of magic to the mix. This can be your secret weapon when it comes to confidence. Whenever you wear this object, it will give you an added little boost.
Symbols of beauty (red candles, rose quartz, lipstick, etc.)
If you don’t have an altar, you can use part of a table or a dresser. Add a tray, a candle, and some other objects to give this altar some space and presence and it doesn’t need to be permanent, just as long as you are doing the spell. Add anything to this altar which symbolizes beauty, like flowers, red and pink items, crystals and the like.
Wait for the full moon to rise in the night sky and do this spell in moonlight. You can be outside, or use the moonlight streaming through the window. Hold the object up, into the light, let it seep in. And then place your item on the altar. Say something along these lines, “Beauty surrounds me, envelopes me. Other see what I want them to see.”
Beauty Bathing Ritual
This spell is part mindfulness ritual, part self care, with a dash of magic. You can do this in either a bath or a shower. If you aren’t taking a bath, you can still give your feet a treat, by plugging the drain and tossing in essential oils, a bath bomb, or maybe even some epsom salts. The salt is key, because it banishes negativity (AKA body issues). I enjoy tossing herbs and flower petals into the bath, too.
Getting ready. In the bathroom, play some soothing background music. This can be classical music, nature sounds, or anything else that makes you feel relaxed. Light a candle, get your robe, and anything else you need to have a luxurious bath.
Love your body. While you are washing, once again pay attention to the features you love. Do not dwell on what you think are flaws. Say something along the lines of, “My inner beauty is shining through for all to see and admire.”
Pamper yourself. After you climb out, consider giving yourself a manicure or pedicure. Use lotion on your feet and hands. Maybe even apply a face mask. Again, focus on how gorgeous you feel in your own skin.
And, there you have it, three beauty spells. What makes you feel beautiful? Tell me in the comments.
